Day of the dead is a Mexican holiday celebrated through out Mexico around the world in other cultures. The holiday focuses on gatherings of family and friends to pray for and remember friends and family members who have died. This celebration takes place on October 31, November 1st, November 2nd

- Learn about the Mexican culture and how other cultures celebrate Day of the Dead.
- Create their own Mexican folk art by creating a scratchboard and collaging a skull to honor a loved one.
- Create their own patterns to use in their background design.
